Typographic Expression: Visual Meaning
Objective: reinforce meaning with emphasis through typographic
interpretation - with subtleties of letter, word and line spacing; size and scale changes in form; placement and proximity in the picture plane and through compositional and typographic hierarchy.

Final Project: 5.5" x 5.5" cube
We started the project by coming up with 6 different poems, lyrics or quotes and sketching them out expressively.
We then printed out or poems and explored cutting and pasting individual words on paper.
From here we narrowed down to 3 quotes and placed them on cube die lines.
We then narrowed down to a final quote and continued to improve on the cube first in black and white, printing it and viewing it finally as a 3D object.
Finally we added color and finalized our style before printing.
